"Classic Gastronomy With a Side of Imagination." At Apocrypha we are deep into our fall menu featuring new dishes such as Nantucket Bay Scallops and Celery Root Rosti with Pancetta & Caramel Vinaigrette, Pumpkin Walnut Tortellini with Duck Consommé and Kohlrabi, and Wild Striped Bass, Rock Shrimp Mousseline, Yellow Fin Potatoes & Braised Fennel. An Espresso Soufflé with White Chocolate Crème Anglaise and a Warm Valrhona Chocolate Ricotta Pound Cake with Caramel Ice Cream & Candied Almonds are our newest dessert additions. Remember that everything from bread to pasta to ice cream is made on premises, including our charcuterie plate (Foie Gras Torchon, Country Terrine, Rabbit Rillettes, Duck Ballotine). As we move into late fall and winter look for the addition of a traditional 2-course Pot au Feu. Please contact us directly if you are interested in a private party or cooking classes. And contrary to a currently circulating rumor, our servers do not wear top hats, white gloves & tails!
