Americas braves new territory with its adventurous "New World Cuisine" with a menu crafted from the foods and cooking techniques of North, Central and South America. Named Restaurant of the Year by Esquire magazine the year it opened in 1993, Americas evokes excitement from the very entry. Designed by Chicago architect Jordan Mozer, it takes its cues from the roots of its cuisine.
