Since opening in August of 2001, critics and diners alike have celebrated the Aix experience in Denver. Chef / Proprietor Rachel Woolcott brings a touch of simple elegance to the dishes at Aix. The menu changes seasonally to incorporate the freshest ingredients into unique, creative Provencal fare. From Eggs Benedict to Basket Boulangerie, Aix offers an elegant yet affordable brunch each Sunday from 10 to 2. The menu changes weekly, but one thing never changes – we have the best Bloody Mary in town! Join us the last Wednesday of each month as our chefs push their creative talents with a four-course meal with paired wines. Whether we explore the food and wine of a specific region or mix it up for a gastronomic twist, at just $65 exploration never tasted so good! Choose from five cocktails and five appetizers priced at just $5 each. Join us Tuesday thru Friday, from 5 to 7, on the patio or at the bar. sacré blue!
