Enjoy a truly outstanding and unique dining experience at Aquavina, Uptown Charlotte's upscale contemporary seafood restaurant.Aquavina's menu includes the highest quality and freshest seafood, flown-in daily from around the world, and a variety of prime-grade steaks, all prepared using global influences and out executive chef's inventive flavor combinations and techniques. Each dish is a work of art with colorful ingredients and dramatic presentations. Among the first courses are the award winning Snow Crab Cobbler, a blend of baby Leek Cream, petite Vegetables, stone ground cornmeal crust and steamed Snow Crab Legs. Hush Puppy Dusted Shrimp, served with low country sweet onion remoulade are also a favorite among our guests. The entrees include a Grilled Mahi Mahi with a cold water lobster tail, lobster custard and potato puree with a mango butter sauce; Broiled Whole Main Lobster with a lobster gratin, white corn souffle, tarragon buttered pea tendrils and lobster butter sauce; and the Aquavina Surf and Turf which includes an 8 ounce charbroiled prime-grade filet, King Crab gratin, baby spinach, and a tomato, chive and roasted corn salad. Desserts include our Cappuccino Parfait: Cappuccino mousse and chocolate mousse, topped with kahula Whipped Cream, chocolate almond biscotti, chocolate espresso pot de crme, served with a dark rum chocolate sauce.
