(Greg Cox, The News and Observer, Raleigh, NC) Azure Grille's California-French flair appeals to many tastes, from its mussels in white wine, flash-fried calamari and fried green tomatoes appetizers; to seared sea scallops, grilled filet mignon, pan-roasted salmon or chicken, and vegetable risotto entrees, each accompanied by fresh market vegetables and herbs. Special desserts round out the meal, like the Bananas Foster Napoleon or the creme Brule trio. Our regular customers enjoy weekly special entrees.
Executive Chef is Matt Romatzick, a former Napa Valley chef and Culinary Institute of America teaching fellow and graduate. He and his talented staff strive to pair fresh local ingredients with classic culinary tradition to create diverse seasonal menus.
