Athens Amici opened in July of 2004. A bit of a homecoming for the owners, since they are Georgia alumni. GO DAWGS! Located in the historic location of the Old Rocky's Pizzeria, Amici is about a block from the UGA arches. We have a full bar, live entertainment, and a space for private parties. Some of you may remember the toy train that circled the ceiling of the caf; we have reestablished the Amici Railroad! Bring the kids down to enjoy a pizza while conducting the train, or watch the sunset while enjoying a chilly beverage and Amici hot wings on the street side patio. Weather you are out shopping in the varied retail stores grabbing a bite to eat or just enjoying the sights, downtown Athens has so much to offer. So the next time you are looking for something to do, head down to the classic city because "there's always something going on at Amici!"
