About a week ago, a friend booked a table and where meet with a creative buzz as if it had been in the French capital. The restaurant is full both inside and outside. It is full of people and the atmosphere blew us away. A smooth entrance to end a stressful day.

We get a perfectly placed table for two people inside the premises. The waiter had a little attitude, but it works well. His arrogance seems (almost) real

The waiter takes us through what is today's fish and meat. We choose to stick to the original menu and start the meal with Martini's with vodka.
Perfect. A wonderful start that gets better.

My friend orders the classic onion soup and I Chicken & Foie Gras Mousse. The waiter recommended a dry white wine with the Chicken & Foie Gras Mousse, which I find a bit strange, as more sweetness had worked better. But the taste of the food is exquisite. I am more than happy with the quality of the food.

I order the lobster and my friend the steak with béarnaise sauce as a main course. The steak, which I taste, well cooked and béarnaise is magnificent. This sauce I know have been a hell to make for a chef in the back. Just so perfect unexplainable.

Another friend ordered the lobster and told me that it was a little too watery. That is what removes the experience from perfect. The butter is good, but I think that a ton of fries is not an optimal choice for me. But yet approved. This pulls down a little, but the steak was good.

We enjoy the evening on, and wait staff are incredible professional. They create a welcoming atmosphere and we laugh with them number of times. Our waiters also loosen slightly over time, although he forgets things we ask for. Where did the lobsters come from? Etc.

After several hours are the sweets chapter on the menu. I order toffee cake with that the waiter recommends. My firend loves chocolate mousse. Both are lovely, but maybe overload after so much food.

I think Pastis is certainly worth a visit. The restaurant delivers on all fronts.
Good service, Great food, great atmosphere and lovely drinks. A pleasure.

The bill was over 250.00 not including the tip.
